“I jumped 28 points! You will not be disappointed by Brad’s incredible teaching skills, patience, and genius curriculum!”

—Y. (Emory University School of Law)

I first met with Brad when I was entering my senior year of college. At the time, I thought that I would just study for a few months, apply during the first semester of my senior year, and get into the law school of my choice. After starting tutoring with Brad, I quickly realized that I was underestimating the LSAT and the law school application process.

Before meeting with Brad, I had taken a Blueprint LSAT course and I can wholeheartedly say I learned literally nothing. It was disorganized and very confusing to me. I felt that the curriculum wasn’t structured properly either. To use an analogy, to learn multiplication and division, you need to know how to properly add and subtract first. Brad and his one-of-a-kind curriculum did not do what the course did. He does exactly the opposite and that is what I needed: a curriculum that starts by teaching the necessary basics and then builds upon that foundation, slowly and steadily in a cohesive manner.

After starting my tutoring lessons with Brad, I realized that he was the real deal. His curriculum is perfectly structured and I cannot emphasize that enough! In order to do well on the LSAT, you need to learn and understand things properly before you can tackle certain question types. Brad not only properly teaches you how to solve all the question types in all the different sections of the LSAT, but he teaches you the foundation and background knowledge you need in order to answer a question correctly. His curriculum and methods are mapped out precisely and spoon-fed to you. There is no wasting time or risk of confusion. If you are a student who is dedicated and wants to maximize their score increase, then you should contact Brad.

Another great thing about Brad is that even if you take time away from studying for the LSAT, he helps you get back on track! I have been receiving on-and-off tutoring from Brad since graduating college because I decided to get my MBA before law school. After completing my MBA, I wanted to resume my LSAT studies and Brad always helped me get back on track. He makes sure a student is comfortable with what they have learned before teaching them the next part of the curriculum.

I recommend Brad because he tells you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. Like I said, I had underestimated the LSAT. People go into the LSAT expecting to get the score of their dreams in a matter of weeks or months. The LSAT is a skill-based test, and in order to develop a skill, you need to practice. It doesn’t matter if you had the best GPA in college; that doesn't guarantee that you’ll ace the LSAT.

With much hard work, dedication, and with Brad by my side, I can confidently say that I have improved significantly since my diagnostic score. To be specific, I jumped 28 points! If you are willing to invest in private tutoring, do not spend your money elsewhere. You will not be disappointed by Brad’s incredible teaching skills, patience, and genius curriculum!

“Because of Brad’s curriculum, I was able to increase my score by 21 points from my initial diagnostic. Brad’s reading comprehension method is also the best one I’ve come across.”

—S. (NYU School of Law)

Brad’s simple but highly effective LSAT methods made it possible for me to succeed on the LSAT, and go on to earn admission into my top choice law schools. Before I came to Brad, I was lost, confused, and at the end of my rope. I had just completed a three-month TestMasters course but was still struggling in my diagnostics, and I was convinced that I would never do well on the exam. Within a few moments at our consultation, however, Brad immediately identified my problem areas and showed me how studying his methods could dramatically increase my score potential. With Brad’s help, I learned to not only believe in myself but how to actually enjoy the LSAT. By test day, my self-confidence and unexpected enthusiasm about the exam actually made me excited to tackle each section!

Here is how Brad’s tutoring skills helped me learn to love the LSAT.

Unlike TestMasters, which uses confusing and ineffective test prep strategies, Brad’s methods made sense to me. TestMasters introduces LSAT question types on the basis of frequency, or how often a certain question type appears on the exam. But these question types also contain the most difficult logical reasoning concepts for the average test-taker. It didn’t help that my LSAT instructor sometimes forgot to bring his materials to class, or to adequately resolve my and my classmates’ questions. Even after diligently studying TestMasters’ methods, I was unable to consistently score higher than a 160.

Then I discovered Brad. His common sense approach to the logical reasoning section made all the difference in my entire LSAT strategy. Brad teaches his students one logical reasoning skill (and thus question type) at time, before moving to more difficult concepts. This allowed me to become increasingly comfortable with all aspects of the exam, including reading comprehension and logic games.

What’s more is that Brad can quickly and effectively identify his students’ strengths and weaknesses so that they can develop an even deeper understanding of LSAT questions. After just a few short lessons and practice questions, my accuracy and, more importantly, self-confidence, magnified. On test day, it seemed like I was just taking another practice exam. I was even able to accurately predict my final score based on my previous consistency as well as how comfortable I felt with Brad’s methods.

Brad’s reading comprehension method is also the best one I’ve come across. TestMasters (and PowerScore) has a very complex road-mapping strategy for this section that Brad completely bypasses. What I like best about both his methods, however, were how simple they were to use, and how they helped me connect with the test on a more complex level. Not much could surprise me on test day, which allowed me to relax and focus: I even finished each section with three to four minutes to spare!

Because of Brad’s curriculum, I was able to increase my score by 21 points from my initial diagnostic. So far, I have been accepted into NYU School of Law and UC Berkeley-Boalt School of Law. I expect to receive more favorable admissions decisions soon. I am incredibly lucky that I found Brad as soon as I realized that I needed a tutor. The only thing I wish I could have done differently is not have wasted any time with TestMasters!

It can be challenging to select a tutor with full confidence. But prospective students should know that they are in good hands with Brad. You can trust him to not only improve your LSAT score, but also to impart incredibly valuable reasoning skills that will serve you for life.

“My score jumped 18 points. Crazy. I didn’t think it was going to be possible, but it was with Brad’s help.”

—N. (University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School)

I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer, so I worked really hard in college and got a great GPA. Then I graduated and got some good work experience. By the time I was ready to apply, I was like, okay great, now all I have to do is perform well on the LSAT. How hard could it be?

Well, for me, it was harder than I expected. My first practice test turned back a score wayyyyy lower than my target schools would accept. Eeek, I thought. “What am I going to do?” I was certain I wanted to go to a great law school, especially since I worked so hard in college.

When I met Brad, I immediately trusted everything was going to work out how I wanted it to. And so started the tutoring process. I was amazed not only by his curriculum, but by how much he genuinely cares about his students. He met me anytime that was convenient for me. More importantly, however, he taught me not only how to excel on the LSAT, but also how to be a much more logical person, which will serve me well in the legal profession and in life. To be honest, the process of learning his curriculum was not easy — it was a ton of hard work. But ultimately, it was totally worth it. My score jumped 18 points! Crazy. I didn’t think it was going to be possible, but it was with Brad’s help.

The help didn’t stop there, though. When it came time to craft my applications, Brad helped me formulate my story, picking details out of my life that would make me an interesting applicant. I honestly hadn’t considered those things to be that special, but he knows what makes people individuals. But because he took the time to get to know me as a person, he helped me write a stellar application essay.

And guess what? I’m headed to Penn Law in the fall, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I can’t recommend him enough. Seriously.

—N. (University of Pennsylvania Law School)

“Brad guided me through the most challenging parts of this experience and really helped me gain the confidence to realize that I was capable of a 24 point score increase.”

—H. (University of Michigan Law School)

I feel very lucky to have found Brad the LSAT genius when I did. I was coming off a terrible experience with TestMasters and I needed a game plan that was catered to my needs as a student who struggles with standardized testing. Brad and I worked tirelessly throughout the next couple months to boost my score. Luckily, I saw a 17 point increase from my initial diagnostic test (no previous knowledge or studying whatsoever) to when I took the October 2012 LSAT.

Due to some changing life events, I ended up postponing law school applications for several years. I recontacted Brad last year to see if we could push that 17 point score increase into something even higher. I am pleased to report that I received an additional 7 point increase when I took the February 2016 LSAT. Studying for the LSAT was completely demoralizing and put me through so much anxiety. I’ve never been a fan of standardized tests, so going into this felt like I was already coming from a point of weakness. However, Brad guided me through the most challenging parts of this experience and really helped me gain the confidence to realize that I was capable of a 24 point score increase.

What sets Brad apart from other tutors is that he is honest and will give you realistic assessments of where you are in your LSAT journey. I know a few people who went into the LSAT completely underestimating the test. Bottom line...you can conquer the LSAT but don’t expect a 15 point score increase in a week. Brad gave me an assessment of what he thought was possible given my timeline and resources. I found this to be really valuable…and accurate! He is also incredibly flexible and will modify the curriculum to suit your needs. For example, when I recontacted Brad, I was in the position of being a student who was strong in logic games but weak in logical reasoning. Instead of rehashing areas where I knew I didn’t need help, we laser-focused on logical reasoning and spent some time with reading comp. You unfortunately don’t get that sort of customization when you take a big prep course. It is that sort of personal attention that made all the difference on test day.

My experience was great and I truly hope that students who feel beat up by this whole process turn their attention to a professional! Tutoring is of course an investment of serious time and money...but I received a good return on my efforts. :)

My final word of advice is don’t get sucked into the trap of some shake and bake LSAT teacher who really doesn’t have any experience. There are plenty of eager law school/Ph.D. grads who haphazardly take on students without any serious teaching experience. Brad is someone with years of experience. He is patient, knowledgeable, and knows how to connect with students. He is a professional through and through. These qualities really shine through and make a difference for his students.

—H. (University of Michigan Law School)

“My score increased by 23 points! Not only is Brad the epitome of an LSAT genius, but he is also a very accommodating teacher.”

—A. (St. John’s University School of Law)

Brad is one of the rarest tutors in the LSAT world. From my first diagnostic, Brad was able to assess my weaknesses, and come up with a comprehensive plan on how we ought to go about improving my score. He first taught me the reading skills curriculum, which greatly improved my reading and vocabulary skills. For each section, Brad has a unique and methodical method that is designed to help you answer the questions. Studying for the LSAT can be a daunting task, but with Brad’s strategies everything becomes simple. Realistically, of course, the key to getting a better LSAT score is a two way street. One needs to be able to put in the effort and time into doing the homework in order for improvement to materialize. I can proudly say that after learning the entire curriculum and taking the LSAT, my score increased by 23 points!

If you pick Brad as your LSAT tutor, he will surely contribute to making a difference in your LSAT performance. In addition, not only is Brad the epitome of an LSAT genius, but he is also a very accommodating teacher. Brad works with your schedule when scheduling for tutoring sessions, and is open to meeting at the location of your choice. He is very punctual and professional.

I highly recommend Brad as your LSAT tutor! He is like no other; he will work hard with you to reach your goal. Lastly, receiving tutoring from Brad will assure you a learning experience that cannot be taken away; his curriculum not only prepares you for the LSAT, but it simultaneously prepares you for law school and your future.

“The best thing about Brad is that he really cares about his students. He goes out of his way for his students and is truly invested in their success.”

—N. (Georgetown University Law Center)

I first met Brad for a consultation in the summer of 2015. I had just finished taking a 3 month PowerScore test prep course. The course only managed to increase my score marginally, and the moment I stopped practicing LSAT material, my score dropped again. I noticed that the course only gave me tips on how to take the test better; it didn't teach me about the material on the test. After this, I started speaking with a few tutors to continue my studies with private tutoring. However, they all said that at most they could increase my score 7 or 8 points. Additionally, none of these tutors seemed to have a method of teaching, just tips on how to take the test better. Most believed that the LSAT wasn’t something that could be taught.

I nearly gave up on the LSAT when I met Brad. I knew immediately from the consultation that Brad’s method of teaching was different. He was not just going to offer me tips on how to take the test better; he was going to teach me the very skill the LSAT tested: logic. Unlike other tutors I had met, Brad had an entire curriculum dedicated to making one a more logical person. This curriculum broke down every question type on the exam and gave me a way to analyze them. By the end, I had become an LSAT expert. Not only did this help me increase my score by 19 points (to a 167) but it has changed the way I persuade and am persuaded by others.

I feel so lucky to have found him. He’s changed my life. Before him, I thought I couldn’t become a lawyer because I couldn’t do well on the LSAT. Today I am happy to say that I have my pick of some of the best schools in the nation. Additionally, I know the logical skills Brad has taught me will be crucial in my legal career.

Brad was also immensely helpful when it came time to writing my personal statement. Initially the task seemed daunting to me; I had no idea what to write about. Brad talked to me about some of the significant experiences in my life and helped me decide which would best convey my character to the admissions committee. He helped me write a personal statement that showcased many facets of my character and which I believe made me stand out in a pool of candidates with comparable numbers.

Finally Brad is a pleasure to work with. The best thing about Brad is that he really cares about his students. He goes out of his way for his students and is truly invested in their success. This really mattered to me in my test preparation because I felt that “I had someone on my team” rooting for my success. When I had anxiety issues related to the exam, he went out of his way to help me work through them even though it wasn’t part of his job description.

“Brad has an incredible ability to recognize exactly what a student needs and to provide them with the tools they need to succeed.”

—L. (Villanova University School of Law)

Let me start out by saying that Brad’s LSAT techniques, patience, and dedication are truly unparalleled. I started working closely with Brad in the summer of 2011. He was my tutor for over a year, and he assisted me in achieving my dream of attending law school. I was an accounting major with a brain for mathematics, who struggled greatly with the LSAT. Brad was able to determine my problem areas, most of which were in the reading comprehension section, and formulated a lesson plan accordingly. At first, his plan seemed unconventional, since we did not start with LSAT reading materials. For the first 2–3 months, he had me read legal cases, which enabled me to hone the analytical reading skills necessary to do well on the LSAT. I wholeheartedly credit his unique technique for my LSAT and law school success. My diagnostic score was a 143 and I was able to achieve almost a 15 point increase. He has an incredible ability to recognize exactly what a student needs and to provide them with the tools they need to succeed. His concern surpasses just a number on a standardized exam. He has provided me with skills that I continue to use in my daily legal studies. Thanks to Brad, I am currently attending Villanova University School of Law with almost a full scholarship. If you choose Brad as your tutor, I promise, you will not be disappointed with your LSAT and law school success!

“It would be difficult if not impossible to find an LSAT tutor with a greater understanding of the test, a better method, or a more effective way of teaching it.”

—P. (Vanderbilt Law School)

In addition to being a more than capable teacher, Brad has a truly profound understanding of the LSAT. While Brad only tutored me for 5 sessions, I was able to improve my score by 6 points on the October 2015 LSAT. The opportunities this has given me in terms of where I can go to law school was unquestionably worth the time and money I gave to Brad; many top 20 law schools are now well within my reach! Furthermore, the principles of logic he has taught me will continue to prove useful throughout my legal education and career.

The first thing I realized about Brad’s method was how meticulous he was in teaching it, and how completely it had broken down every possible question type on the test. You don’t pay Brad for gimmicky test taking tips or for him to be your motivational speaker. Rather, he is there to help you understand the questions on the LSAT on a fundamental level, allowing you to reach the right answer faster, with more confidence, and of course with a much higher degree of accuracy.

I can fully recommend hiring Brad as your LSAT tutor. It would be difficult if not impossible to find an LSAT tutor with a greater understanding of the test, a better method, or a more effective way of teaching it. Understand that the time, effort, and money you will expend tutoring with Brad is but a tiny price to pay for the benefits his teaching will ultimately bring you.
